Never felt comfortable in a big gym. This is completely different. No judgement, just support.

Fits round work and the kids, which is the only reason I've stuck at it. Love the routine.

Questions

Good to know

I've never really been to a gym. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Loads of our members walked in nervous. Every session is beginner friendly and you're coached from day one.

What if I've lost my confidence?

That's exactly why most women join. You'll go at your own pace in a space where nobody's watching or judging.

How does the 28 days work?

You get 28 days to try the coaching, the sessions and the community for yourself. Love it or leave it. We'll run through the details on your call.

Will it fit around my life?

Yes. Sessions run across the week so you can train around work, family and everything else.

What happens after I fill in the form?

One of the team will call you, usually within 24 hours, for a quick chat about your goals and the next step. No hard sell.
